He works closely with both legal and IT teams to improve cost-efficiency and streamline case management processes, ensuring firms capture the right data to support profitability. Rob is passionate about bridging the gap between technology and law, helping clients implement legal-tech solutions that truly work for their business.
Thomas Higginbottom
Director
In excess of 10 years of experience as a qualified Costs Lawyer, Tom focuses on simplifying processes, improving efficiency, and using technology—including AI—to help teams work smarter. He works closely with firms to understand their goals, then builds practical solutions that streamline workflows and make costs work clearer and easier to manage. His aim is to deliver real improvements that save time, reduce hassle, and add genuine value to every team he supports.

Boasting 15+ years of experience working with Proclaim, Jamie specialises in automating workflows, improving user efficiency, and creating bespoke reporting solutions tailored to client needs. He works closely with businesses to understand their objectives, then designs and implements practical solutions that help them get the most out of their Proclaim system. His focus is on delivering measurable improvements that save time, reduce complexity, and add real value to every legal practice.

Jemma joined LPS two years ago and has quickly become the go-to person for anything related to client onboarding and support. She’s passionate about making sure every client has a great experience from day one. Jemma also leads the way on new business processes and is always on the hunt for smarter, more efficient ways to do things.
