Legal Practice Support recently assisted in an integration project in which a solicitor’s Proclaim system was integrated with a claims management company (CMC) website. Furthermore, it allowed for the Proclaim system to send data back to the CMC website reducing duplicate data entry.


Customized APIs were developed to establish a secure connection between the website and Proclaim.


The integration yielded significant improvements in efficiency and time management for fee earners at the law firm. The automatic case creation process reduced the time spent on administrative tasks by 60%, allowing fee earners to focus on more value-added activities.
